Biography
Dr. Nagesh Chandra, completed his Masters in Surgery from KIMS, Hubli. To pursue his passion for
Neurosurgery, he Joined King George Medical University. After completion of MCh Neurosurgery, he
continued to work as Neurosurgeon at King George Medical University for more than 3 years. During
this time he become fascinated about Endovascular Neurosurgery/Interventional Neuroradiology
and went on to be trained from Zurich, Switzerland, making him one of the few Neurosurgeons in the
country and the world with this dual training. He has also done his fellowship in Spine Surgery from
University of Bordeaux(CHU), France. Dr. Nagesh Chandra has impeccable academic credentials
from the best medical institutions from India and the world. Having worked in one of the busiest
medical centres for Neurosurgery in India and most reputed institutes in world for Interventional
Endovascular Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery, Dr. Nagesh Chandra is trained in all aspects of Brain &
Spine Surgery. His practice focuses on NeuroSpine Surgery, Brain & Spinal Tumors and Interventional
endovascular treatment of aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), and dural arteriovenous
fistulas (dAVFs) of the brain and spinal cord. He also focuses on the specialized treatment of Brain
